After your warranty’s labor coverage ends, each visit is a $350 trip fee plus $99/hour labor, plus mileage beyond 100 round-trip miles and any parts out of warranty.

Care includes the first 100 round-trip miles from the nearest technician, then $2.50 per mile. Pro covers all trips and mileage within 250 miles (one way) of a technician.

Yes. A technician inspects your chair first (paid inspection). If it passes, your coverage starts 60 days after you join. Within 90 days of delivery, there’s no inspection and no wait.

Repairs over $500 — like a motor or control board — are covered once you’ve been on the plan for 6 months. Smaller repairs are covered as soon as your coverage starts. If you’re still within your warranty, it covers those parts in the meantime.

Yes. Plans renew until you cancel. If you cancel a monthly plan within 12 months after a covered repair, the rest of that 12 months is due. Yearly plans run for the year you paid for.

No. Like AppleCare, Breakthrough Care and Care Pro cover parts and labor for covered repairs at $0, even after your warranty’s 2-year parts coverage ends, until your chair is 7 years old. Normal wear like upholstery, leather and cushions, cosmetic damage and accidents aren’t covered.

One repair, one trip. If our technician needs to return to finish the same repair (for example, to bring a part), there’s no extra trip fee or mileage, and it doesn’t count as a second visit.

A $350 visit fee applies if the technician finds no covered problem, or the issue was caused by misuse.

With Pro, if the same covered problem isn’t fixed after 7 service visits in any 12-month period, we replace the chair. The deductible is 30% of your purchase price.
